Contact us to book a free in-home consultation so we can get to know you and your pup as well as get a better sense of what kind of adventure and your pup are looking for. This is also the time to fill out the Forms & Waivers for all new Rad Rover clients

WE PICK UP YOUR PUP

With Rad Rover, pick up comes right to your doorstep. We give you a window of time--usually between an hour to an hour and a half--when we expect to be by to pick up your dog. This depends on where we're heading for the day, the number of dogs joining us and other various factors.

BOOK THE ADVENTURES

Once your pup is signed up, you can log in to our client portal where you can book hikes, see photos, see updates and so much more!

TIME TO HIT THE TRAILS

Once we've pick up all the dogs for the day, we head to one of many scenic hiking trails in Kelowna and the surrounding areas. Depending on the weather and time of year, some of the trails might be near water or designed for snowshoeing. They may be different from one another, but they are all sure to guarantee a great time for your pup.

PHOTOS AND UPDATES!

Once your dog is safely at home, we send you lots of photos and fun updates while you're at work so you can see how much fun your four-legged family member had while they were out exploring with us!

DROP THEM OFF AND WIPE THEM DOWN

Once we're done hiking, we drop your dog off at home, but not before checking their paws for any signs of injury, checking for ticks, and changing your dogs water dish so that they can have access to cool clean water after a long day outside!

SLEEP THE DAY AWAY

The easy part: your dog gets to sleep away the afternoon with a well-deserved nap and waits patiently (but with much anticipation) for you to come home.
